Puga, wrestling for Thornton High School, went 4-1 overall during the tournament, with her only loss coming in the semi-finals against the eventual Class 5A champion.

On January 28, the Denver Broncos Foundation, in partnership with Riddell and CHSAA, launched the ALL IN. ALL COVERED. initiative, which will distribute more than 15,000 new Riddell Axiom helmets at no cost to every high school tackle football program in Colorado over the next four years.

PRA would like to congratulate sophomore Akadia Puga on qualifying for the Class 5A State Wrestling Tournament, which will be held this week (Feb. 13-15) at Ball Arena!
Puga is coming off a first-place finish in the 135-pound weight class at the 5A Region 1 Tournament last weekend. She'll enter the state tournament as the No. 4 seed with a 33-15 overall record this winter representing Thornton High School.

This Saturday, February 8, the PRA High School Robotics team Blackout took the State Championships by storm! They were awarded the Control Award for their exceptional software and programming skills, and they were part of the winning alliance! They have qualified for the Worlds Competition, which will be held in April in Houston, Texas!

Congratulations to PRA sophomore Eve Nordgren on a great performance at last weekend's Granite Peaks Conference Championships and for qualifying for this week's Class 5A Girls Swimming and Diving State Championships!
Eve has qualified for Class 5A state championships in five events: 200 meter individual medley, 200 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke. And last weekend, as the lead swimmer on Legacy's 200 freestyle relay team, she helped her team to a first place finish and a Granite Peaks Conference record!

PRA is proud to announce that our very own Kayah Robbins has signed her National Letter of Intent (NLI) to play soccer at the University of the Cumberlands!
Robbins is a two-time First Team All-Metro League winner as well as a two-time All-State player for the Miners. She will now join a Patriots team that finished 18-1 overall and ranked No. 8 overall in the final 2024 NAIA Coaches’ Poll.

This past Saturday, high school robotics team Blackout 17483 participated at the Northern FIRST Tech Challenge Qualifier in Loveland. They were on the winning alliance, scoring the third highest score in the WORLD during the finals match.
Blackout also received third place Inspire award, meaning they were the third best overall team at the competition. Blackout will be competing at the Colorado FIRST Tech Challenge State Competition this Saturday, February 8th, at Regis University. Good luck to the team this Saturday and amazing job so far!!
