Congratulations to PRA junior Sidney Palmer on earning a spot on the Colorado State University Honor Band!! Palmer will serves as the No. 2 chair euphonium player at the CSU Honor Band Festival; a three-day event between December 5-7 that takes place at the University Center for the Arts on the CSU campus in Fort Collins.
