🎒🏫 K8 Back to School Night 🏫🎒

K8 Guardians, be sure to mark your calendars for Tuesday, August 26 for our K8 Back to School Night!

Elementary Back to School Night will offer two separate sessions (4:30-5:00 p.m. and 5:15-5:45 p.m.)

Middle School Back to School Night is scheduled for 6-8 p.m., beginning in your child's first period classroom.

As part of Back to School Night, all K8 families are also invited to a special presentation by our Executive Director April Wilkin, based on the book How to Raise an Adult by Julie Lythcott-Haims. Two sessions of this presentation will be available in the K8 Library beginning at 4:30 p.m. & 5:15 p.m.

The winner of the 2024-25 Miner Cup is... 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗸!!! Congratulations to Capitol and all of our PRA High School students on a fun and exciting competition for the Miner Cup! We heard some really impressive poetry from our 5th graders today during our Poetry Cafe! Great work, Miners!

Our Annual PRA Elementary Art Show is just around the corner! On February 13th, during Parent-Teacher conferences, our very own PRA artists will showcase their art work. Art will permeate the walls, so be sure to check out their amazing creations before or after your conference. Thank you for supporting our budding PRA Elementary Artists!

This Saturday, February 8, the PRA High School Robotics team Blackout took the State Championships by storm! They were awarded the Control Award for their exceptional software and programming skills, and they were part of the winning alliance! They have qualified for the Worlds Competition, which will be held in April in Houston, Texas! Great job, Miners!! What an INCREDIBLE achievement! #PRAHighSchool #GoMiners

PRA Model United Nations is excited to announce that the team will be hosting a fundraiser at Panda Express (16816 Sheridan Pkwy Broomfield, CO 80023) on Friday, February 7th, all day. If customers mention they are there for the PRA Model UN fundraiser, part of the proceeds will be used to help the team fund an international trip to Japan in April! All support is greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, the No. 7 ranked Miners had their fourth-quarter comeback effort fall just shy against No. 2 Peak to Peak. PRA introduced a new tradition on Thursday, the "Walk of Champions," honoring our two high school programs (girls golf and girls cheer) that each won CHSAA Class 3A State Championships in 2024!!
