As we prepare for the 2025-26 school year, Prospect Ridge Academy is excited to welcome students and parents back to campus for the annual K12 Check-In Fair. In an effort to streamline the event, and to accommodate parental feedback, the check-in fair will be a one-day event this year and is separate from Monday's Miner Merge event.
Elementary Open House
Held on the same day as the Check-In Fair, the Elementary School Open House is designed for elementary students and families to have the opportunity to visit their classrooms, meet the teachers, and bring in their personal school supplies.
K12 Check-In Fair
The K12 Check-In Fair is mandatory for all elementary, all returning middle school and all returning high school students. This event is welcome to families.
• Take student photos and pick up student IDs. Photos are used for yearbook and student IDs so wear dress code appropriate clothes or better. These photo IDs are mandatory to check in and out of the building
• Click to pre-order student photos.
• Please note: If your students are participating in Miner Merge on Monday, Aug 11, 2025, as part of the event, new to middle school and new to high school students will get their student photos taken during that time.
• Please also note: elementary student IDs will be batch printed to use at the library. Individual elementary students will take a photo only.
• Pay any fees needed.
• IT Services available for Chromebook troubleshooting
• Give any necessary medication to the school nursing staff.
• Drop off community supplies.
• Find out about volunteering and ways to get involved.
• Get information about the lunch program.
• Learn more about the sports offered through PRA Athletics.
• Learn about before and after school care, etc.
7th, 8th, 10th, 11th and 12th Grade Returning Students Check-In Specifics:
• Pick up student planners and locker assignments. Students can put personal supplied in lockers on this day.
• Seniors pick up your yard signs
Community Supplies Drop-Off:
• For secondary students (6th-12th Grade), your community school supplies should be dropped off in the High School Commons area in the appropriate bins. These seven "Community Supplies' items are listed at this link.
• Secondary students "Personal Supplies" should be stored in their lockers or in the appropriate course classrooms.
• For Elementary students, school supplies should be dropped off in your child(ren)'s classroom during the Elementary Open House.
High School Student Specifics:
• Take student photos and pick up student IDs. These photo IDs are mandatory and used daily to check in and out of the building.
• Pick up student planners and locker assignments. Students can put personal supplied in lockers on this day.
Forms Specific to HS Juniors and Seniors:
• The following three forms have been updated for the 2025-26 school year:
• Student Driver Parking Permit Application
• Junior and Senior Lunch Off-Campus Privileges Application
• Senior Capstone Off-Campus Privileges Application
• Completing these forms prior to the Check-in Fair will help us get your student's privileges set up and a parking permit assigned as quickly as possible.
