Prospect Ridge Academy is excited to announce that it has bumped up the start of its application window to Sunday, November 1 for prospective families ahead of the 2027-28 school year. Applications to PRA for next school year can be submitted through SchoolMint beginning on Nov. 1 through Sunday, January 17, 2027.
If prospective families previously applied for 2026-27, but did not get an offer, they are asked to submit a new application for the 2027-28 school year.
The move to an earlier application window was implemented this year in an effort for PRA to better align with the Adams 12 Five Star School District’s school choice process, which also begins on November 1.
With the change to an earlier application window, PRA has also added new “Open Enrollment Sessions” for prospective families on Saturday, October 24 to give them an opportunity to learn about our academic offerings, traditions, extracurricular activities, and what makes PRA a unique K-12 community! Open enrollment presentations include a school overview, as well as question and answer sessions with administrators.
Start times and SignUp Genius links for October 24’s open enrollment sessions are as follows:
1st-8th Grade Session (9:00-10:00 a.m. in K-8 Commons)
High School Session (10:15-11:15 a.m. in High School Library)
Kindergarten Session (10:15-11:15 a.m. in K-8 Commons)
Additionally, PRA is also excited to announce that the school will be a part of the Adams 12 Five Star Expo; an annual informational event designed to help families explore district programs, school choices, and learning pathways. This year’s expo is set for 4:30-7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2 at Mountain Range High School.
PRA's randomized and automated lottery for the 2027-28 school year is scheduled for Monday, January 25.
