This past Saturday, PRA High School social studies students participated in the National History Day Northeast Denver Metro Regional, with all 17 Miners earning an award across five different categories!
This year's regional competition theme was “Revolution, Reaction, Reform in History.”
Each category winner, runner-up and third-place finisher earned a bid to the state contest at CU Denver on April 25. Honorable Mention finishers serve as the first alternate for the state competition.
The top-2 finishers in each category at the the state competition in April earn a bid to Nationals in Washington DC.
Congratulations to all our Miners on their accomplishments and good luck at state!
