Prospect Ridge Academy is excited to announce three new partnerships for the future on-campus performing arts facility, funded by the 2024 bond passage, following the approval of all three partners by the PRA Board of Directors.
PRA has selected Eidos Architects to design the performing arts space, while also inking agreements with Wember (Owner’s Representative Firm) as well as Adolfson & Peterson Construction.
“We are so excited to have these partnerships in place and for the progress that is being made toward the construction of the bond project,” said PRA Executive Director, April Wilkin. “The teams we have chosen all have experience working on active campuses and specialize in building performing arts spaces, specifically for schools.”
Eidos Architects has completed over 200 projects for Colorado school districts and charter schools, including auditorium spaces at nearby Montbello High School, Columbine High School and Wheat Ridge High School.
Adolfson & Peterson Construction is also well versed in the performing arts world as they have completed over 75 K-12 theatre projects and over 1,400 performing arts space renovations.
As for Wember, they are an owner’s representative in the management of capital improvement projects. Wember aims to reduce risk and provide transparency while keeping each project on schedule, within budget, and embraced by the community it serves.
The next step for PRA will be updating the PRA Master Plan during the spring semester. Parents are encouraged to preview and engage in a Q&A with the bond project team at Core Knowledge Night, scheduled for 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25.
