Hello Parents and Students! Below you will find all needed information for the fall talent show, which is scheduled for Thursday, November 20 from 8:30-11 a.m. in the K8 Gym.
Included is information on auditions, the sign-up link, rules and guidelines, as well as audience member procedures. Audition slots are first come first served and will close November 9th.
Rules and Guidelines
*All talents may not exceed 2 minutes, no exceptions will be made
*Parent/Student must fill out google form attached to the sign up
*Music (if applicable) must be trimmed to 2 minutes or less and sent in the form of an MP3. Exceptions will not be made.
*For singing, music must be karaoke or acapella, no lip sync (singing over the original singer)
*Students must be prepared for Auditions
-If singing, words must be memorized
-Students should have rehearsed a two minute act
-List of materials needed provided to Ms. Gumber beforehand
-Props or instruments must be present
Audience members
To ensure there is not a disruption to our normal morning drop off procedures and for a faster check-in process we are asking parents to enter through the gate by the modular and then into the K8 gym. Guests will not be permitted to enter through the K8 or HS offices.
Guests can park in the K8 parking lot (if there is a spot available), in the yellow lane (only the yellow lane) in front of the K8 building but not until after morning driveline which ends around 8:20 am, or in the HS parking lot.
