The Board Election held from May 15 to May 17, 2024, resulted in the majority of votes to affirm the two candidates presented. Jarrett Schmidt and Toral Joshi will assume their duties as new board members beginning June 1, 2024.
New Board Member- Jarrett Schmidt
Jarrett has two children currently at PRA in 4th and 9th grade. Jarrett grew up in Boulder but has traveled and lived around the world including Japan where his children were born. He has over 15 years in sales and marketing leadership and has previously served or worked with HOA and tech company boards.
New Board Member-Toral Joshi
Toral has a kindergartner at PRA and a 4th grader at Stargate. She has an MBA from CU with a focus on technology management and over 10 years of experience as a business analyst and product owner. She volunteers extensively including with Food Bank of Rockies, Precious Child, and in classrooms.
