Great job to freshman Eve Nordgren and senior Bella Forsman for helping their Legacy High School Swim Team finish second overall at the 5A Front League Championships this past weekend.
Eve placed 14th in 200IM, 7th in 500 Free, and her Medley Relay team took 6th place!
Bella placed 1st in 200IM, where she broke the Adams 12 Record that stood for 11 years! She also placed 1st in 100Fly and 1st place in both the 200 Free and 400 Free Relays!
Both girls will compete with their Legacy team in the CHSAA 5A State Swim Championships this weekend at the Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center.
Prelims start at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, and Finals are Friday, Feb. 9th at 5 p.m.
