PRA values feedback! Between Nov. 28 and Dec. 8, we will ask our students K-12 to take a brief survey. The number of questions on the survey will vary by grade. In grades K-2, it will be a simple four-question survey; grades 3-5 will answer 20 questions, and those in grades 6-12 will answer 25 questions. The grades 3-12 survey will cover four topics: safety, climate, belonging, and rigorous expectations. This will be a school-level survey, which means all student information will be confidential.
Why Survey Students?
The survey aims to gain our students’ perspectives on the four defined topics. Questions will cover how teachers encourage and help students to succeed, how fair school rules are, the behavior of fellow students, bullying, and to what extent students feel like they are understood and belong to the community. You can view a PDF of the student survey by clicking the following links: K-2 survey, 3rd-5th survey, or 6th-12th survey. Gathering information from our students ensures that PRA continues to provide a safe environment for the rigorous learning experiences we provide.
Our Survey Provider
PRA has contracted with Panorama Education for our grade 3-12 surveys this year. Panorama Education’s products help educators collect, analyze, and act on data to improve student outcomes. This switch allows PRA to build on our previous four-question student survey and compare our results to PRA’s past results and now to national averages.
Survey Results
Once the survey is complete, PRA will share the overall results with parents in Miner Mail. We thank you in advance for your students’ participation and thoughtful responses. Please contact your level principal if you have any questions about the survey.
Thank you!
