Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 18, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a lunch break from noon to 1 p.m. Parents should plan to attend as these meetings are important for your student’s academic success. Students will not have school on Oct. 18.
Parents have limited opportunities to personally connect one-on-one with teachers and see the environment their students are in every day. Conferences provide parents the opportunity to check in with the classroom teacher for updates on your student’s progress in academics and social emotional learning.
On the day of the event, parents should go to their student’s homeroom teacher at the time they signed up for. Sign-ups with specials teachers will also be available, and signs throughout the building will help parents locate those specials classrooms. Parents are encouraged to bring their students to conferences.
Sign-up with each of your student’s homeroom teachers using the grade-level SignUpGenius links below. A sign-up for specials teachers is also available for conferences. Sign-ups are open now and close at the end of the day Monday, Oct. 16.
Note: Once the SignUp Genius links are closed, parents will need to reach out directly to their student’s teacher to make other arrangements. If a conference time is missed, makeup appointments will not be offered.
