On Oct. 31, K5 students will celebrate all they have learned and are learning in their classrooms. Each grade level will dress up and/or experience lessons to celebrate their learning. The table following outlines the themes for each grade level. Read your grade level newsletter in the near future for more grade level details.

Kindergarten

Farmers and Farm Animals: dress as a farmer or animal that could be found on a farm.

1st Grade

Fables and Fairy Tales: come dressed as their favorite fable or fairy tale character Please no weapons or oversized props (ex. sword, shield).

2nd Grade

Ancient Chin: students will create their costumes at school while rotating through a variety of activities. Please bring a solid color pillow case by October 23rd.

3rd Grade

Pompeii Day: students dress as Roman citizens ready to run from the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius.

4th Grade

Medieval Day: dress up in medieval attire and live as royalty, knights, tradesmen and serfs for the day. Please no weapons or oversized props.

5th Grade

Idiom Day: dress illustrating an Idiom (a saying or phrase) … well that’s the cat’s meow!
