Academics

PRA High School has a comprehensive offering of courses including AP courses focused on the college preparatory mission and the vision of creating academic, social, and ethical leaders. Every student is known by name, strength, and need. By challenging students to reach their full potential throughout their formative years, we give them the foundation to achieve post-secondary success.

Peaks

High School Peaks is a uniques program to address topics that are important for students’ academic, social, and emotional development, but that do not fit neatly into specific academic courses, and also to provide opportunities for PRA community building and fun! Peaks is an integral part of PRA’s mission – to build academic, social, & ethical leaders – and all students are expected to participate in this program.

Extracurriculars / Athletics

Our extracurricular programs enable students to participate in a variety of activities including athletics, music, drama and social/academic clubs, all of which promote responsibility and teamwork, and build connections between students and mentors. Our community service initiatives teach students to think beyond themselves, and to become respectful, ethical leaders.

Athletics is very important to the high school life and is part of our mission as a school. PRA offers a number of team and individual sports including Cross Country, Track, Football, Golf, Soccer, Tennis, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball and Cheer. PRA teams are competitive in the league and continue to place year after year in both regional and state competitions.
