I am the Elementary Technology Teacher for all students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade. After working in the corporate world as a Project Manager for many years, I made a career change to education with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Regis University and a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from Boise State University. I previously taught Kindergarten and Tech in Denver Public Schools and spent 3 years as the 5th Grade Math Teacher here at PRA.
I was born in raised in New York, and now live in Lafayette. I love camping, skiing, hiking, food, photography, cooking, and lots more.

Veronica Nelson
Art
Hello! My name is Veronica Nelson and I am the Elementary Art Teacher. I've been a part of our PRA community since 2012. To share a little about myself, I have a bachelors in Art Education from Colorado State University and a Masters from the University of Northern Colorado in Art Education. Working with young people has always been a sincere passion of mine, and of course, exploring the vast realm of art. We have a lot of fun and engaging art projects planned and I look forward to embracing the artistic process and building relationships with your children. Cheers to another fabulous year here at PRA!

Karin Irvin
K8 Librarian
Hello! My name is Karin Irvin and I am so excited to be the new K-8 Library Media Specialist at PRA. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Fort Lewis College and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Elementary Reading from Grand Canyon University. I was an elementary classroom teacher for 6 years before deciding to stay home with my kids full-time.
I am a proud Colorado native, born and raised in Louisville. My husband and I have 3 kids who will all be attending PRA this year. They keep me pretty busy with all their activities, but in my free time I love to read and play as much pickleball as I can. I am looking forward to sharing my love of reading with all the students at PRA!

Jessica Rosebrook
P.E.
I am Ms. Rosebrook and am super excited to teach Elementary P.E. with Ms. Morse! I earned my masters degree in curriculum and instruction from Emporia State University in the winter of 2019. My bachelor's degree is in Sports and Exercise Science with an emphasis in K-12 Physical Education from The University of Northern Colorado.
Throughout my childhood and teen years I participated in a variety of sports. My favorites are swimming, softball, Tae Kwon Do, and volleyball. My love of being active is what steered me towards Physical Education. I am married, have one daughter, who is in first grade at PRA this year, and two cats. In my spare time I enjoy reading, baking, and spending time outdoors with my family.

I enjoy the energy and enthusiasm that elementary students bring into PE. In my free time, I love hiking, biking, running, and stand up paddle boarding.
