Tennis Shoe Expectation with a pair for grey tennis shoes that tie and a pair of pink tennis shoes that velcro.

All K-5 students in elementary P.E. are asked to wear tennis shoes on their P.E. days. We ask that shoes cover the entire foot, tie or velcro, and provide traction. In general Vans or Converse are OK as long as the shoe has laces to tie. Shoes that are not considered tennis shoes are boots, anything with a heel, sandals, slip-on shoes, and dress shoes.

Any injury or chronic illness that prohibits your child from functioning normally during P.E should be medically addressed.  If your student needs to be excused from physical activities for three (3) or more days please email Ms. Rosebrook (jrosebrook@prospectridgeacademy.org) and Ms. Morse (jmorse@prospectridgeacademy.org) and provide a doctor’s note so we can help your child recover. It is important that your doctor provides a date for when your child is able to return to regular activities and specifies what activities they are to refrain from doing.
