Here you will find all the information you need to navigate your way through this year's mathematics course. The course is broken down into thematic units and within each unit you will find; a list of important concepts students should be able to do by the end of the unit, the daily agendas, a list of the assigned homework, supplemental resources for you to use at home or in the class, and copies of any documents used in class.
A few things about me:
With 16 years of teaching experience at the high school level, I'm excited to work with the students and community of PRA. I majored in integrated mathematics at Miami University of Ohio, and earned an M.A. at the University of Colorado at Boulder in curriculum and instruction for mathematics. Before entering a career as an educator, I worked as a project manager for a construction and real estate company in Ohio.
Outside of educating young minds, I enjoy telemark skiing, backcountry touring, running, cycling, mountain biking, camping, woodworking, and hanging out with my two young sons (8 and 10 years old) and wonderful wife.
