Andrea Rueda, OTR/L, K-12 Occupational Therapist
Welcome to Occupational Therapy at Prospect Ridge Academy
My name is Andrea Rueda, OTR/L. I am the K-12th grade Occupational Therapist, K-8th grade 504 Coordinator and Student Support Services Grade Level Leader at Prospect Ridge Academy. I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University. This is my 25th year practicing as a pediatric Occupational Therapist having worked in inpatient pediatric rehabilitation units, outpatient pediatric clinics and school settings. I am an “original“ staff member starting at PRA when the school opened back in August, 2011. My husband, Miguel and I recently celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary. Our 3 children, Gabriel (Class of 2020 Graduate - Attending the United States Military Academy West Point Class of 2024), Isabella (11th grade ) and Christopher (9th grade) graduated and/or currently attend PRA. We love spending family time together with our two dogs (Bailey and Zuri) and traveling the world. GO MINERS!
