PRA  practice and game equipment regulations
Shoes (and socks)- Black, White, Yellow (non-fluorescent), and Gray must be the predominant colors for shoes.  Socks must be Black, White, Yellow (non-fluorescent), and/or Gray
Undershirts and Compression Shorts or Tights- Must be solid black (yellow for varsity) or white to be worn in practice or during games (must match uniform for games).
Practice Shorts- Players must wear black athletic shorts for practice.  Shorts can only be black, or black with white or yellow trim/logo.
Practice Jersey- Must be worn to participate in practice. Freshman/new players will be given a jersey to wear until the purchased one arrives.
Headbands- Players can wear a headband that is solid in either Black or White to match our Uniform.  No hair ties or other hair wear is acceptable.
