Board of Directors


The Prospect Ridge Academy Board of Directors is a group of committed community leaders who support our mission, vision, goals, and educational philosophy. Made up of parents, community, and business leaders, the board helps us maintain accountability to our students, families and the community by holding public meetings every month to review school progress and implement personnel, budgetary, administrative, and academic processes.  


The Board meets on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm in the High School Conference Room from August through June, and are open to the public. Board meeting agendas and minutes can be found below. If you have other questions, please email Board President, Steve Perruzza at



Steve Perruzza, President

Athletics Subcommittee Chair


Steve is the President/Owner of Equable Investment Corporation, a family-owned business that provides private funding for Real Estate projects throughout the Midwest.  Prior to that, he was a Vice President/General Manager at Advanced Forming Technology, a division of Precision Cast Parts Corporation. He attended J.K. Mullen High School and graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He and his wife Angela live in Westminster and their sons Caleb and Aaron both attend PRA.


Keith McLemore, Vice President

Governance Committee Chair

Keith McLemore is employed by Cooley LLP, an international law firm, where he is an IS Director and is responsible for the implementation, training, and support of all technology initiatives across the firm. Prior to this role, he was a management and technology consultant working with organizations in the US, UK, and South Africa. Keith holds a BA in political economy from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He and his wife Amy live in Erie, and they have two children who attend PRA.


Kevin Jenkins, Vice President
Facilities Committee Chair
Kevin Jenkins serves as the President and CEO of St. Anthony North Hospital and Health Campus at Centura Health, overseeing all operational oversight, quality and safety, and day-to-day planning for the hospital. Prior to joining St. Anthony North Hospital, Kevin served as the Group Vice President of Ambulatory Care for Centura Health, overseeing physician clinics, ambulatory centers, and emergency care services. Kevin earned his BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho and his Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington. He and his wife Stephanie have five children who attend or will attend PRA. In Kevin's free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, is a sports enthusiast, and loves the outdoors.



Todd Stockard, Treasurer

Finance Committee Chair


Todd is currently Chief Financial Officer of TeamSnap Inc., a privately held software company based in Boulder, dedicated to making the management of a team, club, league or association easier. Prior to joining TeamSnap, Todd was Vice President Finance and Treasurer at Maxar Technologies, Inc. (formerly DigitalGlobe, Inc.), a publicly traded, a global provider of Earth imagery products and services headquartered in Westminster. Previously he was Assistant Treasurer at Level 3 Communications, Inc. in Broomfield, the job that brought him and his wife to Colorado nearly 20 years ago. Todd earned his B.S. degree in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Todd and his wife have two sons and a daughter attending PRA.




Brian Houle, Secretary

School Accountability Committee Chair

Brian is currently an IT Project Manager at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. The only federal laboratory dedicated to the research, development, commercialization, and deployment of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. Prior to that, he was a Business Systems Analyst for a number of companies including General Electric, Accenture, and Brocade. He graduated from American University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Studies. He lives in Broomfield in the Anthem neighborhood and has a son and two daughters who attend PRA.


Brandon Buzbee, Director

Fundraising Committee Chair

Brandon Buzbee is currently the Associate Vice Chancellor of Advancement at the University of Denver. Previously he worked at the University of California, San Diego leading efforts in career development and alumni engagement as well as various aspects of fundraising. He earned his Bachelors of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego. Brandon and his wife Jessica have a daughter attending PRA and two younger sons who plan on joining the PRA family in the near future.



Lindsey LittleLindsey Little, Director


Lindsey is currently working at Google in People Operations and is responsible for leading MBA Internship programs for the North America region. Lindsey graduated with a double major in Economics and Business Administration from the University of San Diego where she played 4-years of Div I Women's Volleyball and received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Portland. Lindsey and her husband, Bryan, have two sons - one attending PRA and the other who will attend in the future. Go Miners!
