HS Girls Basketball to Hold Open Gyms This Summer

Interested in participating in HS girls basketball? Come join us this summer at open gym and skills training.

We will focus on fundamental skills like shooting, dribbling, passing, and footwork. Strength and Conditioning workouts will follow after each open gym for 45 minutes in the weight room. This will be a great time to get in the gym, work on your skills, and have some fun with your future teammates.
