ES Weekly Updates 8/25/22

Dear Miner Families,

Our Elementary Miners have had a wonderful first full week of school. They have been practicing the PRA Way and working together to grow their knowledge and are also learning to be kind leaders in our community. We are excited about what lies ahead!  We want to personally thank you for partnering with us in helping your child be successful this school year.

Our amazing teachers and staff feel very fortunate to collaborate with each and every one of our families at PRA! A big thank you to all who attended our Back to School Night event. Parent partnership is one of the keys to student success! We had a wonderful turnout and enjoyed meeting all of our PRA families.

Reminders

Dress Code & Spirit Days

We take pride in being Miners and want our students to dress for success. Please make sure your child is in PRA dress code each day. As we kick off the school year, it will be important for our students to build daily routines of being an academic leader. All students who are on campus will be required to be in PRA dress code.

**PRA Spirit Day/College Gear Day is each Friday!

Drop-off/Pick-up and Driveline

Please review the following one-page document that outlines the morning and afternoon driveline expectations to ensure safety. This will help support a more efficient driveline process and ensure everyone remains safe during these transition times.

Dear Elementary Miners,

We are very excited to be kicking off what I know is going to be an amazing school year. A big thank you to everyone who attended our Open House event on Tuesday. It was great to be able to connect with our students and families and begin to build positive relationships.

Today is a wonderful day! We have enjoyed welcoming our students back on campus. I want to express our gratitude for your continued patience and support as we have worked through construction roadblocks. Please know that our main priority is to ensure that students can learn in a safe and engaging environment that minimizes disruptions. With that, it is imperative that we all demonstrate the PRA Way day-in and day-out and role model being prepared, respectful and accountable members of our community.

In addition, we want to make sure you and your child(ren) are set up for success and know what to expect as we head into our first full week of school.

While we understand this is a unique, but exciting time, we also recognize this is a great opportunity for us to support one another and build a positive community. It is an exciting NEW CHAPTER for PRA!
