I'm starting a 0 hour weights club for all PRA High School students and athletes. The program will focus on both strength and conditioning. We will start three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday) from 7-8 am starting Aug. 30. I will need a minimum of 10 athletes per season. We are going to be asking for a commitment for the entire sports seasons (fall, winter, or spring) but I would encourage all athletes/students to commit for the entire year. Students will have to show up for at least two days, they are NOT signing up for just one day or one week.
