PRA's Annual Check In Fair

This event is an opportunity for families to stop by just before school starts and gain more information about our event and volunteer offerings; meet staff and get their questions answered; and for secondary, pickup items like pre-ordered school supply kits, student planners, and locker information. Student photos (for the yearbook, school ID badges, and family purchase) will be taken at the fair. (We are thrilled to welcome a new photography company, Dorian Studio!)

This year, we are asking families to sign-up for a specific time slot to help with traffic control.
  • Elementary families, please drop off your purchased school supplies in your assigned classrooms before your arrival at the Fair. Elementary teachers will be unavailable during their lunch and work time, 11 am to 1 pm.
  • Middle school families may drop off their individual supplies in their lockers after attending the Check-in Fair (students will receive their locker numbers at the Fair). MS community supplies will need to be dropped off in the MS hallways in the K-8 building.
  • High School families may drop off their supplies in the HS building (watch for signs!).
  • Multi-grade families may signup for any time slot during the event. Miner Merge participants will attend the Fair right after the conclusion of their Miner Merge activities.
  • Miner Merge participants can sign up for any time after Miner Merge has completed. There is a dedicated sign up slot for Miner Merge participants directly after Miner Merge. Participants do not need to sign up for this slot but please be aware that there will be a wait.
