Parent Teacher Conferences - October 26th

Prospect Ridge Academy Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, October 26th from 8:00am-6:00pm. There is no school during conferences. Please use the Sign Up Genius links below to select a time slot to meet with your child(ren)'s teacher(s).

Elementary

Click on the appropriate grade level below to sign up for a conference time. If you have multiple children, it is possible to align conferences for efficiency. Generally the location for conferences is in your child's homeroom classroom or in that grade level wing. We kindly remind you to be prompt, as the conferences are scheduled back to back to maximize our time with you!

Middle School

Parent/Teacher conferences are an opportunity to check in with your student's grade level teachers, but are not required. If you feel well informed about your student's progress and have been in touch with teachers via e-mail and phone, please don't feel obligated to attend. If you do plan on attending conferences, please bring your MS student with you.

During your 20-minute time slot, you will have an opportunity to meet with each of your student's 4 core teachers (Science, Math, Language Arts, & Social Studies). Electives teachers will also be available if you would like to meet with them. Since we have over 336 families to meet with, we ask that you arrive on time and that you make arrangements to leave younger siblings with someone else during the conference session. By staggering the conference sessions every 20 minutes, we hope to minimize lines and maximize our time for student conversations.

* Middle School students will lead their conference and explain what they have been doing in three core classes - Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts (location TBD in high school). Math teachers will also be available in a more traditional conference style.
